"Евровидение- 2011" - победа за Азербайджаном
Ну вот и завершился европейский песенный конкурс "Евровидение-2011" в Дюссельдорфе. Победителем стал красивый дует из Азербайджана.
По итогам голосования телезрителей призовые места распределились так: Эльдар Касимов и Нигяр Джамал из Азербайджана (Элл и Никки) взяли первый приз, их песня "Running Scared" набрала 221 балл; на втором месте - Италия, она набрала 189 баллов; на третьем - Швеция, 185 баллов. Четвёртое и пятое места заняли Украина и Швейцария.
Победителя "Евровидения" определяли по смешанной схеме: голоса жюри были сложены с голосами телезрителей из 43 стран, выражавших симпатию понравившейся композиции с помощью телефона и СМС. Голосующие страны были перемешаны, чтоб сохранить интригу голосования практически до самого конца. Когда, 39 страна из 43 называла свои результаты, стало очевидно, что победа будет за Азербайджаном.
Всего в финале конкурса приняли участие 25 исполнителей. 20 из них завоевали это право, выступая в полуфиналах 10 и 12 мая. Остальные пять стран: Испания, Италия, Франция, Германия и Великобритания - традиционно участвовали в состязании без квалификационного отбора.
